Refunds

Effective date: March 1, 2026

Sessions (Career Diagnostic, 1:1 Advisory, and any add-on calls)
More than 7 days before the session: eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the session: no refunds; eligible to reschedule once.

Within 24 hours of the session or no-show: no refund and no reschedule; the session is forfeited.
If the session is cancelled by the Provider: eligible to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Subscriptions (monthly memberships)
 
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Refunds (when eligible) are issued back to the original payment method.
